I’m No Christian
Two Ways to Partner with Boston
Who we are
Todd and Anne Baumann are experienced church planters with a passion and love for people. They pastored in Minnesota for 17 years where they took a small church with a handful of people and, through God direction and blessings, grew it to a thriving, revival-minded, multicultural church of over 200 people.
They effectively reached into the hispanic community and became the first bilingual church in Minnesota, providing a place for multiple generations to worship together, regardless of their language or culture.
Todd was deeply involved in the district, serving on several committees and boards. He served in the North American Missions, Apostolic Man, and youth departments. He was also a member of the Strategic Growth team in Minnesota where he helped to plan and instigate the growth and multiplication of churches. He assembled and trained leadership team in Worthington and has taught many leadership and men’s seminars.
A city of culture, history and education, Boston has more than 685,000 residents, with more than 4.7 million in the Greater Boston area. Yet it is the fourth most unchurched and second most post-Christian city in the United States.
Boston is known as the City on a Hill. In colonials times it was known as “The Spiritual Capital of New England”. For nearly 4 centuries Boston has influenced American tradition. From abolishing slavery to legalizing gay marriage, Boston has been at the forefront of every important historical trend in America.
Currently, Boston is the 2nd most post-Christian city and the number one millennial city in North America. The greater Boston area is home to nearly 5 million people, and yet there are only 4 English speaking UPCI churches!
