- Begin serve days throughout the city
- Begin creating video content
- Order lanyards, signs, invite cards, etc.
- Giving kiosk and giving platform ready
- Begin training on follow-up and first impressions
- Music team practices begin
- Conduct preview rehearsal
- Adopt an accountable offering processing policy
- Create welcome kiosk/center
- Begin strategy meetings for preview services
- Decide on Core positions needed
- Begin monthly outreaches focused on preview services
- Plan for first preview service
- Begin marketing for preview services
- Engage in community activities
- Purchase necessary equipment (chairs, lights, sound, media, instruments, computer, projection, nursery, Sunday school, etc.)

Phase 3
- Start fasting chain for Launch
- Begin small group Bible studies in homes and in public places (coffee shops, malls, parks, etc.)
- Press Release
- Conduct first preview service and monthly thereafter
- Conduct preview service evaluation
- Conduct preview service follow-up
- Begin Launch Team training
- Focus monthly outreaches toward preview and Launch services
- Create Launch day run sheet from setup to countdown to security
- Conduct practice Launch service
- Debrief practice run
